Processing-System for asparagus
The new S-O 3000 processing line bundles and labels the produce in a single operation.
Labeling unit
The label size can be individually chosen (minimum 31×90 mm).
Possible label lengths are in the range 90-150 mm. The label is attached around the elastic band, so that a label with dimensions from 45×31 up to 75×31 mm is formed.
If desired variable date on pre-printed labels or complete labels can be printed with thermal transfer or thermal direct printers.
Bundling and labeling system
Spring onions, Parsley, Spinach, Asparagus, etc. can be bundled and labeled with a capacity up to 3000 bunches per hour. Without labeling system the capacity of the system is up to 4500 bundles per hour. The print data can be read from an internal memory or downloaded over a network.
